March 25th, 2013 Air Directors Meeting. The purpose of the meeting will be to introduce and review an aggregate approach to air-water exchanges in the Chesapeake watershed. The aggregate air-water exchanges would allow progress in air programs beyond the 2020 air program assumptions in the Chesapeake TMDL allocation to count toward nitrogen reductions in the Bay TMDL.
