  Education Summit\, which will be held on November 2-3 at the National 4-H
  Youth Conference Center outside of Washington\, DC\, will be circulated a
 nd reviewed at this meeting. Time will also be reserved to discuss the nex
 t steps for these initiatives and for workgroup members to provide updates
