This Charter establishes the Acid Rain Advisory Committee in accoradance with requirementsof the Federal Advisory Committee Act, 5 U.S.C (App. I) 9 (c). The purpose of the Advisory Committee is to provide independent advise and counsel to the Agency on Policy and technical issues associate with development and implemention of the acid deposition regulatory program.
