The report provides recommendations for partnership opportunities for monitoring to help address the needs of several Chesapeake Action Plan (CAP) goals: water quality, habitat, living resources, and watersheds (CBP, 2008). The report provides an inventory of existing monitoring programs in the Bay community that was used to help identify the partnership opportunities. Further examination of the partnership opportunities will need to be conducted to determine if the information meets quality assurance-criteria of the Chesapeake Bay Program.
