Transplant Success Using Vallisneria Americana and Water Quality Monitoring Results from the Upper

This paper will focus on the reasons for these triumphs or failures undertaken primarily during the past 2 years and will attempt to predict where transplanting might be positively executed. During August of 1987 and from June through August of 1988, 20 sites in the Elk and Sassagras Rivers were utilized as recipient areas into which Vallisneria americana plants were introduced.
