Purpose

This month's webinar will review the framework for developing a nitrogen, phosphorus, and sediment reduction plan using CAST. Guest speaker, Laura Cattell Noll, will share resources from the Local Government Guide to the Chesapeake Bay, including resources to help communicate effectively with your local government officials. In addition, Jennifer Egan, from UMD's Environmental Finance Center, will present on the financial planning resources available for implementing a watershed treatment plan.
