Clear water is critical to underwater life, allowing underwater grasses to grow and provide habitat for fish and other aquatic life. But how does pollution and rainfall impact water clarity? Follow Masaya Maeda of the Anacostia Watershed Society as he visits the Anacostia River to measure water clarity and look for submerged aquatic vegetation (SAV).
