Cooperative Agreement Between Department of Defense and Environmental Protection Agency Concerning Chesapeake Bay Activities

This Cooperative Agreement establishes a policy of Coordination and Cooperation between DoD and EPA on Chesapeake Bay activities, consistent with the goals, objectives, and commitments of the 1987 Chesapeake Bay Agreement.
