Wuillam is a C-StREAM Intern at the Chesapeake Bay Program Office. He is working on getting his Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science & Technology and Spanish at the University of Maryland, College Park. Although his parents are originally from El Salvador, he's always resided in Laurel, Md.
