This webinar series explores the Conservation Reserve Enhancement Program (CREP) in the 2018 Farm Bill, and features Terry Noto and Mike Linsenbigler.
Terry Schley Noto is an environmental attorney who has worked for a variety of government agencies and environmental organizations, including the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, U.S. Department of Justice, National Wildlife Federation and Environmental Defense Fund. Mike Linsenbigler worked for the U.S. Department of Agriculture for over 30 years, first in the former Soil Conservation Service, then for the FSA Conservation Environmental Programs Division as the nation’s first CREP Manager and later as the Deputy Division Director of CEPD. Terry and Mike founded Conservation Strategies Consulting to provide advice on conservation program innovation and implementation ,and have a range of agency and NGO clients.
