Purpose
This is the monthly meeting of the Bay Oxygen Research Group (BORG). In this meeting, Rebecca Murphy (UMCES) will be presenting on class imbalance in the 4-d interpolator and proposed solutions. This is a continuation of her presentation at the January BORG Meeting. Then, Breck Sullivan (USGS) will be introducing the FAQ document and asking for feedback.
