Purpose
We will go over how to use CAST to develop a local TMDL implementation plan or a pollution control/action plan for nitrogen, phosphorus, and/or sediment. We will address how to create baseline and planning scenarios and ways to compare scenario loads and calculate percent change. There will be time for Q&A, so please get your questions ready!Location
