Purpose

A presentation and discussion with the DG Webster, the author of “Chesapeake Governance Study: Report of 2021 Decision-Maker Interview Results” (Dartmouth report). Kurt Stephenson and Jeremy Testa of STAC, two of the CESR report authors will join DG Webster after her presentation for a discussion on parallels and points of contrast between the two reports. This will be a hybrid meeting. DG will be in Annapolis presenting from the CBP large conference room, virtual participation is also welcome.
