Purpose
Open Session for the Phase 6.0 Conservation Tillage Expert Panel Meeting Objectives: -Provide context on the BMP review to stakeholders and expert panel members. -Provide input to the panel in the form of presentations or discussion that will help inform their evaluation of water quality benefits – specifically nitrogen, phosphorus and sediment reductions – associated with these practices in the Chesapeake Bay Watershed.
