Phase 6 Land Use Review Webinar

Purpose

Materials and resources for the Phase 6 Land Use Review found on this webpage are also housed more permanently on the Land Use Workgroup webpage under the Projects and Resources tab. Link: http://www.chesapeakebay.net/groups/group/land_use_workgroup Peter Claggett, USGS Land Use Workgroup Coordinator, and Cassandra Pallai, Geospatial Project Manager Chesapeake Conservancy, will lead a webinar detailing the review process of the Phase 6 land use data by local jurisdictions. Please use the following link to access the Phase 6 land use reviewer website: http://chesapeake.usgs.gov/phase6/ During its first hour, the webinar will cover the purpose, content, and benefits of the new data for informing local, state, and regional decisions. Two websites have been built to facilitate the dissemination and review of the data. The webinar will explain how to use these websites and address the schedule and expectations for the review process. The second hour will be reserved for online discussion and questions. We ask that all participants submit questions through the Adobe Connect chat box, and not over the phone lines. All presentations from the webinar and additional documentation, including an overview of the Phase 6 Land Use, Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) document, review timeline schedule, local data inventory, and LiDAR coverage map will be posted on this page as they become available.
