This document details the field questionnaire used to receive baseline data on stewardship behaviors and attitudes among a random sample of Chesapeake Bay Watershed residents. The study was designed and conducted by OpinionWorks LLC of Annapolis, Maryland on behalf of the Chesapeake Bay Program.
