About
The Governance & Operations Workgroup was established to aid the Chesapeake Executive Council and Policy Steering Committee in the long-term planning and operational effectiveness of the Chesapeake Bay Program. It maintains guidance for the program's Governance & Management Framework, priority setting framework and accountability practices, and helps implement the program's adaptive management practices. It also works at the direction of the Policy Steering Committee and in consultation with goal teams and workgroups to develop and maintain other program-wide policies and best practices.

Chesapeake Bay Program Indicators
CompleteAligned with the Chesapeake Bay Watershed Agreement, Indicators provide information needed to communicate progress towards outcomes and support adaptive management. Indicators are hosted on ChesapeakeProgress, a website that provides oversight and accountability toward the outcomes of the Chesapeake Bay Watershed Agreement.
