Daniel Coogan
Dan Coogan brings with him a diverse background through various roles at EPA where he has focused on process efficiencies and improvements, fiscal management and responsibility, and modernizing and streamlining work to save both taxpayer dollars and staff time. He most recently served as the Deputy Assistant Administrator for Infrastructure and Extramural Resources in the Office of Mission Support where his portfolio included national oversight for contracts, physical infrastructure, facility management, and health and safety. Dan's expertise in public administration and policy will be welcomed assets as the Chesapeake Bay Partnership moves forward.
Dan joined EPA in 2004 and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Government and Politics from the University of Maryland, a Master of Public Policy and PhD in Public Policy from George Washington University. Dan resides in College Park, MD with his wife and two kids. He is a runner, cyclist, gardener, and proud youth sports coach.
