Elise Trelegan

Elise is a program specialist with the NOAA Chesapeake Bay Office and coordinates the Chesapeake Bay Program’s Education Workgroup. She also manages NOAA’s Chesapeake Bay Watershed Education and Training (B-WET) program, a regional grant initiative supporting environmental education across Mid-Atlantic school districts. She holds a master’s degree from Virginia Tech’s Center for Leadership in Global Sustainability and brings more than 10 years of experience in the field of environmental education. Outside of work, she enjoys connecting young people with environmental leadership opportunities and advancing local sustainability initiatives in her community.
