Joseph Delesantro

Dr. Joseph Delesantro is a watershed modeler at Koniag Government Systems, collaborating with the EPA Chesapeake Bay Program Office (CBPO) to develop models that predict nutrient and sediment delivery to the Bay under various management scenarios. Joseph has extensive experience in watershed hydrology, researching nutrient and sediment sources and transport across watersheds, and using modeling and stakeholder collaboration to bridge gaps between science and application. Joseph holds a Ph.D. in Environment and Ecology from the University of North Carolina, an M.S. in Forest Resources Conservation from the University of Florida and a B.S. in Environmental Engineering from the University of Florida.
