Keith works for the US Environmental Protection Agency as an Environmental Protection Specialist in their Chesapeake Bay Program Office’s Partnerships and Accountability Branch. He works on strategic planning and water resources policy issues. Keith has a master’s degree in Environmental Management from Duke University and a bachelor’s degree in environmental science from Cornell University. He has been at EPA since 2021 and came to the Chesapeake Bay Program in 2022 after working as a project manager in EPA’s hazardous waste cleanup program for 1.5 years out of graduate school.
