Overview of the reevaluation of the Chesapeake Bay Basinwide Toxics Reduction Strategy adopted by the Chesapeake Executive Council in January 1989, its 1992 reevaluation. The Strategy used the requirements of the 1987 Clean Water Act as a foundation.
