Management Board Retreat - May 2025 - Day 2

Date and Time

Thursday, May 8, 2025 from 9:00am - 3:30pm

Purpose

  1. Review and refine outcome language revisions to be proposed at the May PSC meeting.  
  2. Discuss a process and timeline for updating the Management Strategies that outlines the means for accomplishing each outcome, the targets that measure progress toward outcome achievement, as well as how partners will engage in outcome implementation.  
  3. Provide feedback and direction to GIT 6 on (1) their review of regional partnership programs and (2) process recommendations to increase partnership and meeting efficiencies.

Because of space constraints, the in-person attendance for this meeting will be limited to Management Board members.  We welcome all others interested in participating to please join virtually. In preparation for the meeting, please identify who will be representing your agency/organization from the following: 

  • Two members from each signatory jurisdiction
  • One member from the Chesapeake Bay Commission
  • One member from each federal agency
  • One member from each Goal Team
  • One member from each Advisory Committee 

Please RSVP by April 18 here if you are planning to attend in person or virtually. (We may have in-person attendance availability for outcome leads for their designated portion of the agenda.)
