Nontidal Network Workgroup April 2026 Meeting

Purpose

This is the April 2026 meeting of the Nontidal Network (NTN) Workgroup. This meeting will function as an update and planning meeting. We will inform NTN WG members of the current discussions being held on the future of STAR and it's workgroups as proposed under the new governance and structure document. Second, we will have an open conversation to discuss the connection of yields to loads and trends and how we may be able to amplify the communication and use of yields across the Bay Program. Lastly, we will have a planning session to discuss possible future in-person meetings of the NTN workgroup in the summer of 2026.
