Description
In November 2024, the Habitat Goal Implementation Team was tasked by the Chesapeake Bay Program Management Board with discussing their 2014 Chesapeake Bay Watershed Agreement outcomes and their role in a post-2025 Bay Program. This is the GIT's recommendation regarding the Submerged Aquatic Vegetation (SAV) Outcome. It was developed as part of the 2025 Strategy Review System cycle, and provides an overview of efforts made to attain the SAV Outcome and recommendations for future work.
