SAV Special Session: Outcome Assessment
The Habitat Goal Implementation Team has been tasked by the Chesapeake Bay Program Management Board to discuss our outcomes and their role in a post-2025 Bay Program.
In reviewing our outcomes, we must provide recommendations to the Management Board on whether "to consolidate, reduce, update, remove, replace or add new outcomes".
During this special sessions we will discuss the Kellogg Foundation’s Logic Model and it would be beneficial for workgroup members to come with an understanding of the distinction between input, output, and outcome, so we can discuss where the workgroup fits. This is what will be discussed during the Habitat GIT office hours on December 20th.

This will be an informational discussion session for GIT 2 workgroup members and interested parties to ask questions and provide feedback regarding the Bay Program's Beyond 2025 tasks and timeline.
