Emily is employed by the Environmental Protection Agency and works within the Chesapeake Bay Program’s Grants Team as an Environmental Protection Specialist. More specifically, as a Project Officer she supports the development, implementation, and management of grants and interagency agreements for the Chesapeake Bay Program Office. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies and a master’s in Sustainable International Development from Brandeis University and has nearly 15 years of experience working in sustainable environmental development. A Connecticut native, Emily grew up in East Lyme, on Niantic Bay, and now lives in Annapolis, Maryland.
