Khesha Reed is the Acting Deputy Director of the Chesapeake Bay Program Office. Khesha joined the EPA in 2000. She has held a variety of management jobs at the Agency, in the Office of Water, Office of Children’s Health Protection and the Office of Air and Radiation. Her past assignments included leading intra-agency efforts, strategic planning activities, and certification and compliance programs. Khesha holds a M.S. in Environmental Engineering from Johns Hopkins University and a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Delaware.
