Laura coordinates the work of the Local Government Advisory Committee within the Chesapeake Bay Program and manages related local government projects at the Alliance for the Chesapeake Bay. She has a breadth of experience managing and implementing community-based watershed restoration and stewardship projects across the Chesapeake Bay watershed. She has a B.S. in Environmental Science from Eastern Mennonite University and an M.S. in Environmental Science from the University of Virginia.
