Chesapeake Futures evaluates three scenarios timed to the year 2030 as the polulation in the watershed inceases: Recent trends, if recently observed conditions and approaches continue; Current Objectives, if the goals set forth in multi-jurisdictional Bay agreements are largely reached' and Feasible Alternatives, if a series of additional innovative programs and new technologies are put in place.
