    Workforce Outcome Meeting July 2025

    The Workforce Action Team will discuss:

    • What resources and knowledge we should gather to hit the ground running on our work after the Executive Council meeting later this year
    • Brainstorming for drafting a management strategy and/or work plan

    Workforce Outcome Kickoff Meeting - April 2025

    Friday, April 4, 2025 from 1:00pm - 2:00pm

    The purpose of this meeting is to:

    • Orient us with the workforce development needs of the Chesapeake Bay Program.
    • Review deadlines for including workforce in the revised Watershed Agreement.
    • Discuss how the Workforce Action Team will evolve to both draft the Workforce Outcome and define and support our work going forward.

    Questions to consider:

    • What is the scope of what we are trying to cover? 
    • What tools exist to measure it?
    • What does the Bay Program add to this work?
