Policy Steering Committee

The Policy Steering Committee acts as policy advisors to the Chesapeake Executive Council, accepting items for Executive Council consideration and setting agendas for Executive Council meetings. The PSC also translates the Executive Council's vision into policies, priorities and actionable assignments for goal teams. Members are high-ranking officials who work at the cabinet office, secretary, deputy, director or commissioner level of environmental, natural resource and other relevant agencies.

Partners are developing strategic planning documents that will guide the Chesapeake Bay Program’s work towards attaining the goals and outcomes of the Chesapeake Bay Watershed Agreement.
