Recommendations in this first report include: • A decision framework to determine the nutrient and suspended sediment reduction effectiveness of oyster practices, referred to as the “Oyster BMP Nutrient and Suspended Sediment Reduction Effectiveness Determination Decision Framework.” • The reduction effectiveness estimates for nitrogen and phosphorus assimilated in oyster tissue for off-bottom and on-bottom oyster aquaculture-related practices.     "Crediting Floating Treatment Wetlands in the Chesapeake Bay" the debut webinar on the FTW expert panel recommendations. In keeping with its established policy, the Urban Stormwater Workgroup convened an expert panel in 2013 to evaluate the potential benefits to potentially provide cost effective nutrient reduction for Chesapeake Bay communities.
