Lucinda Power

Lucinda Power has been an applied anthropologist with EPA’s Chesapeake Bay Program Office since 2010 and currently serves as the Implementation and Evaluation Team Leader in the partnership’s Science Branch. Her work focuses on water quality policy in the context of the Chesapeake Bay Total Maximum Daily Load and she is responsible for the overall coordination of state and locally-driven watershed restoration plan development and implementation. Lucinda received her bachelor’s in Women’s Studies and her master of Applied Anthropology from the University of Maryland, College Park.
